❥ Do not haggle me over prices, especially if it's already on discount. Find someone else in your budget.
❥ Please specify if your commission has a strict deadline and when you expected it to finish. You will have to pay the rush fee if you are going to do this. It will be calculated based on how soon it will be starting from within 1 week. Anything shorter than that will be declined.
❥ Please specify if you want the file to be sent to you in a different way. This is to prevent theft and preserve quality (over email, discord, etc.)
❥ I will refund you in full if I cannot finish it within a month or I cannot reach your designated deadline. Without the rush fee, I take at least 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. This will be the only acceptable reason why I will offer a refund.
❥ Please let me know if anything needs to be corrected as I send proof of progress on the art. The progress pictures are given to prove that I am actually working on your commission. If you use it to impersonate or steal from me, I’ll never refund your money and never finish the commission.
❥ Refunds will not be offered once I finish your commission. You'll have plenty of opportunities to do so before it reaches completion so just let me know before I formally finish my work.
❥ By commissioning me, you agree for the work to be posted on any of my other social medias.
❥ DO NOT COMMISSION ANY WORK CONTAINING MATURE CONTENT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. I MUST FIND A WAY TO VERIFY YOUR AGE OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DECLINED.
❥ Please be upfront with your intentions and discuss the content you ask from me in DMs. This is so I can gauge if I'm allowed to display this work in other spaces such as for my portfolio.
❥ Unless I state otherwise, only the client has the right to repost the art on other platforms provided with credit and/or use their commission for commercial reasons. Additionally, only the client can allow if they want others to repost the work or not.
❥ Anything you send for reference is welcome, including written descriptions. You are allowed to send dollmakers/picrews/nekas. pinterest boards, and other sources if you believe it will help.
❥ Extra characters will typically not cost extra. However, depending on complexity, I add an additional 25% the initial price of the commission for each character included. (i.e. two characters for a full body full render will cost $62.50 instead of the usual $50, three for the same product will be $75 instead of $50, and so on.)
❥ I ask for payment upfront but a 50/50 payment plan can be discussed. I won’t scam anyone by doing this and as I stated earlier, I will refund in full if I cannot finish in time. 50/50 means you send half of the payment initially, then the later half once I show proof that I am working on it.
